This is no happy tale. Prepare to be exposed to the worst of humanity in attempt to conquer the worst of yours. From the lips of a dying narrator, a young boy and girl must confront the madness that surrounds them while trying to fight back the monsters desperately seeking to tear them and their families apart. This allegorical work of fiction will be sure to take you to places you’ve never been. To feel what you haven’t felt. And to rekindle a life worthy of your soul’s price. 

For once you know, what is to be illuminated, life ought not, nor cannot, remain the same. For today you fully embrace Hell and every demon she holds. Cawing at the razor teeth and blood dripping chins. For this is the doorway crossed: that by choosing to engage in this tale and embrace it with every intention, you have made a simply mad decision. A decision to invade the darkest corners of your existence.

This work is namely just that, a work. A creation of imagination with immaterial implications upon the material world which we walk. Written with the intention of instrumentation to find meaning, purpose, and wonder in this probationary time quaintly coined life. But before you embark into discovering the lettering which I have laid for you, I am weary that the topics and themes entailed are not for all and sundry. Throughout our story you will find focus or mention of subject matters dealing with death, depression, suicide, abuse, neglect, and madness.

If you are susceptible to discussion and story revolving around these topics, it is recommended you do not proceed down this path. I have written with the objective to cloak the details of these tragedies in ambiguity, while still maintaining the prowess of their attached emotions. You will find no gore nor crude details, but in several cases, the worst of certain men and women will be exposed.
